"I had a pair of Uggs so I knew what to expect. If your not familiar don't think the boot has arch support. They comfortable and warm. I love them. They are my winter flip-flop! "

I'm normally a size 6.5. I ordered a 6, but probably could have gotten a 5 because they do get a little loose after a few days… but still comfortable. I have poor circulation so my feet are always cold. These are the only boots that keep them warm, even with the cold New England weather!
